IRM Regulation 38/2009 (VIII. 31.) on the formal and substantive requirements for the notification provided for in Article 40 of Council Regulation (EC) No 1346/2000 on insolvency proceedings contains, in several foreign languages, the substantive and formal requirements for notification under Article 40 of the EC Regulation. The provisions of this Regulation should be taken into account when preparing notifications.
The procedure is governed by Regulation (EU) 2015/848 of the European Parliament and of the Council of the European Union.
